Kunci Jawaban Bahasa Inggris Kelas 11 SMA/MA halaman 10 activity 6:
Soal:
1. What can you see in the picture? Have you ever seen them before? Where?
2. Based on the title and images above, what would the story be about? What themes or topics do you expect to explore?
3. Please compare the first and second pictures. How is the first picture similar to and different from the second one?
4. Writers often use symbols, images, or objects to express abstract ideas and attract readers. For example, in a story, a bird symbolizes freedom. After looking at the pictures above, how do the pictures above symbolize the title?
5. What are your initial thoughts on the story's plot, characters, and setting after reading the title and viewing the images?
Jawaban:
1. In Picture 1.5, I can see a scenic landscape with a flowing river, green trees, and distant mountains. In Picture 1.6, there is a microscopic view of blood vessels, showing a complex, branching network of red tubes.
I have seen rivers before while traveling to the countryside or visiting parks. As for blood vessels, I have seen them in science textbooks, anatomy posters, or even the small veins visible on the back of my hands.
2. Based on the title "It's Our Blood" and the comparison to a river, the story is likely about the human circulatory system.
I expect to explore themes such as the "flow of life, health, and how our body transports essential nutrients".
