Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite menggunakan sistem operasi Android 10 dengan tampilan antarmuka One UI 2.

Pada dapur pacu, Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite ditenagai chipset Qualcomm SM8150 Snapdragon 855 dan didukung kartu grafis Adreno 640.

Dirumorkan juga bahwa Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite memiliki ram sebesar 8GB dan internal sebesar 128GB yang bisa diperluas hingga 512 GB.

Untuk mengusung semua spesifikasi tersebut, Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite ditenagai baterai sebesar 4500mAh.

Selain itu, ponsel ini dilengkapi dengan fitur fast charging 45 watt dengan jenis port USB type C.
